Skeletal Mesh Stretching but only when I add the character into my 3rd person BP

Hi

Been working on this for a few days and I thought I had finally finished it but now run into yet another problem. I have finally gotten my mesh and skeleton into Unreal and its all matched up and moving great BUT the face gets distorted and pulled out of place as shown in these Images. Can anyone please explain why this happening. I have used the Game Rig Tools add on in blender and every video I watch people just simply add the skeletal mesh and off they go no issues what so ever. But for some reason this part of the mesh gets ripped side ways. Any help would be greatly appreciated I’m literally at breaking point.
