Signup Problem

I created a new account and filled out the payment page. When I clicked on “Purchase”, however, I was directed to sign in and on the Welcome page was a button to purchase, which took me back to the page that I had just filled in. I’m reluctant to provide credit card info a second time if the first one was processed. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure how I should proceed. Thanks for any help.

You should receive two emails after registering. One confirming your account was created and one regarding the payment. If you didn’t, I’d say it’s safe to sign up again.
