Was messing around with the Showdown demo today with DK2 and noticed the same problem which has been happening for the 4.11 Preview so far. The user always views the scene from the centre of the Player BP even if the camera component is moved.
The fix given in a VR thread was to add a scene component and make the camera its child. Then by moving the scene component this allows you to raise or lower the camera.
Can confirm this fixed the problem for me on both 4.10 and 4.11.
