it is not just RealityCapture problem. It is a general problem for the photogrammetry.
I suppose there are no settings for this, but you can try to place some control points around the problematic parts.
You can also improve the capturing process (cloudy days, using polarization filters).
If you are using RTK drone, you can set higher weight fot the position’s accuracy.
