Just sharing this little experiment that I think turned out pretty well.
Tiny effect on the fps, as you can see on the stat fps readout but I dont think its that bad.
I just used panners to move the mist and masked it with png file imported with alpha channels.
Textures look terrible this is still work in progress. Everything is temp.
