Setting up my iOS screens / transitions with Blueprint

I am on a mass exodus from Unity to Unreal and I need a simple favor. Can someone tell me where I can find a simple process on setting up my iOS app screens i.e. start screen, credits scree, game screen, etc… with blueprint. I have several levels(scenes) created, but I am not clear on how to link them. Most of the video tutorials deal with single screens and they are not mobile. Any help is much appreciated.

To transition between levels: “Action here > Open Level (Put level name in)”

As i said, I am new to Unreal in general and I am using UE4. Do you mind pointing me to resource or share a little more on the subject? Many thanks!

Its directly in blueprint, If I was you go check out the examples more for mobile there is quite a few blueprints in them with comments and everything.
