Setting up a first person VR camera path

Hi there
I’m currently working on a VR experience in UE4 and want there to be no controller input for the first person user, I just want the experience to start and for the user to follow along a path that I set, but as its vr you can still look around I’ve tried using a Matinee on the first person but it doesnt seem to do anything when loading up the game,
Are there any suggestions on how this might be done?
