Set Tracking Origin causes offset Motion Controller Position

Just starting to dig into the vr stuff and working through some of the docs… but having a strange problem:

If I use Set Tracking Origin to either Eye or Floor, my motion controllers are offset.

If I dont call Set Tracking Origin everything works as expected.

Is Set Tracking Origin deprecated or not used anymore?

(On 4.18.1 with Oculus Rift)

How does your VR Pawn look like? Do you have a VR origin scene component with a VR camera and motion controller components parented to it? Set Tracking Origin is still alive and kicking.
