Contrast is good, everything is very visible.
On a more personal note I’m not a fan of the green lighting. I would try a blue as it matches very well with your yellow lights. (check a color wheel online for reference) You don’t have to pick a shade, I would adjust the light temperature until the scene gets cooler/bluer.
But if you like the green then raise the temp of the lighting so they go from white/yellow to something closer to red spectrum.
