Possible causes:
SceneCaptureRendering not execute FGerstnerWaterWaveViewExtension::PreRenderView_RenderThread ?
Its a bug reported around 2 years ago that is never going to be fixed.
You can thank the unreal team for it:
"If its not an issue in fortnite, we dont care"™.

I believe this is actually fixed in UE5, however I’d really need this fixed in UE4. I haven’t manaully gone through all the commits yet to see where this is fixed but if someone finds out I’d love to know!
u should execute “FGerstnerWaterWaveViewExtension::PreRenderView_RenderThread” befor SceneCaptureRendering Render in Unreal Engine code, it’s OK
