I’m trying to optimize my scene that’s sitting around roughly 40 ms Max on the StatGPU check. After turning off all flags and with a blank screen it only drops down to 24. I don’t really understand where this is coming from. Can someone offer some insights?

Something else is killing the performance, those numbers add up to 12~ ms, not 20. Whats your specs, and is there something killing performance in background?

I have Ryzen 1800x, 980ti, 16 gigs RAM. I’m not sure what could be killing performance in the background. I only have Vivaldi open with 4 tabs and Unreal. This scene was hovering around 16-24 in the past, without much added in terms of art in between then and now.
