Scalability drops during Play

I’m seeing a major drop in quality in Game mode, not understanding how to control Scalability during Play. My levels look spot on with regard to resolution into the distance, lighting, shadows, RTX 4090 doesn’t seem overly taxed, seeing 40-60 fps. When I hit Play, quality drops horribly, see heavy aliasing farther into the distance and a shimmering effect on various assets, none of this being the case while in Editor. I’d expect the aliasing into the distance relates to Generate Mesh Distance Fields, which is enabled, bumping up Voxel Distance Density from default 0.2 to 0.4 makes no visible difference. In Project Settings/Rendering/Salability, I see Index 0-4, Low - Cinematic, not clear on which Index corresponds to Game mode, understand these various settings to relate to what quality is paired with various platforms. What am I missing? Thanks.

Take a peek at this thread here Graphics Quality Drops in Playmode? Is this the same problem? If so, do any of the solutions help answer the issue? Thanks!
