Same Construction options for Instanced static meshes as splines have

The spline component have an option to store its points within the construction script and let the spline override the construction script. This makes it possible to populate and edit a spline within a BP without creating a storege and rebuild the spline as son as you do something with it.

I wish to have the same option for instanced static meshes so it stores each instance transform within the constructions script like the option that the spline has…
