Sailing Game Get World Location problem

Hello Everyone! I am a beginner in Ue4 and just started building a sailing game. But now I have a problem with updating the GetWorldLocation.

When I steer my pawn in a direction it gives a output on de YAxis and then it needs to be between 0 and 10 degrees to give a True output. But when I turn it doesn’t change to False it stays True.

I hope that someone can help me! Thanks in advance!!
