RunUAT.bat ERROR in UE 4.10.4

The error occur when I try to build or lanch the game from viewport buttons, i’ve not tried usign PackageProject.
I’m trying to deploy on my win 10 (x64 pro) machine.

And this is the error (is also at the end of the logs):

  LogPlayLevel: RunUAT.bat ERROR: AutomationTool was unable to run successfully.
     LogPlayLevel: Completed Launch On Stage: Deploy Task, Time: 89.842310
     LogPlayLevel: BUILD FAILED
     PackagingResults:Error: Error Launch failed! Unknown Error

Update:
I’ve tried to deploy the game with packageproject. This cause the engine to build the game forever.
The same template in 4.9.2 takes less 2 mins to compile.
