Rules and or limitations on unreal engine for making movies

As we all know there are some rules and limitations when creating a video game in UE(polygon count,triangles vs quads,etc)
what i would like to know is: what are the extras (if any) we have when using UE for making movies.

so what are the rules or exceptions for making movies only?.
can i use 200,000 . poly characters?, 8k textures?. quads vs triangles rule apply as well for baked animation?.

or if anyone can point me towards a link,book,video. that is for making movies in UE only, it would be great.
