Rotate Springarm with inherit yaw

It’s a 3rd person game.
How can I turn the spring arm, or camera, in a certain direction? The spring arm cannot be rotated when “inherit yaw” is active. I want to point the spring arm at an object so that that object is focused.
Then I want to change something else. The camera should not see the character from behind at the start of the game. The character should be seen from the front.
Or, if i use Possess, the camera go to 0,0,0 relativ Rotation.
