Rendering jerks

Hi all,
sorry, I’m new with UE4 and probably is a stupid question.
It seems rendering jerks when I rotate the camera or any object moves, please watch the movie:
It is just a simple C++ program using a pawn extending APawn with the camera as Subobject, but it happens with any template or sample project from Vault.
I don’t think it is my PC: i7 8x, 16Gb, GeForce GTX 670.
Can anyone help me? I can provide any other information.
