Render Blend Shapes in Cinematic?

Good day,

For class we are making a cinematic animation using the Unreal 4 engine.
We basically have everything working, other than rendering the blend shapes and getting cloth physics to collide with the environment (using APEX).

We have the blendshapes imported and working fine when we play the animation in the matinee.
However, when we render the animation (via the Movie function) the bland shapes don’t work.

Does anyone have any idea how to get them working in the Movie function?
