[RELEASED] for UE4: Complete Sky and Weather System

Yeah, i understand that. I have been looking for at least 1 example of someone getting weather to work with transitions and … you are the first. Apparently Simul has never gotten it to work either because they were asking how you did it as well lol. I am just curious on how to get it working.
Last i tried i setup an array on a random timer and a loop. the issues i am/was getting is that the default time set in the sequence would not update to the current time and would either “rewind” or “fast forward” the new sequence to match current time. There was no ability to set the time to current in the new sequence before blending started.
