Release a free and stripped down version of UE4

I am working on a game where I want to give my users the ability to create their own levels. Now I could create my own editor but it would be much more simple if my users would have access to UE4.

Maybe we could get a simple build flag like


bShareableEngine = true

that would disable some essential engine features and made the engine accessible to everyone without subscribing to epic first.
