Reimporting mesh does not update UVs

I am trying to make adjustments to a UV map for a model. The model is already imported and positioned in the level so I want to be able to update the UVs by right clicking it in the content browser and just reimporting the model.

When I do this, the UVs do not get updated. Any ideas?

I am using Blender 2.7 for the modelling.

Ah I feel so dumb. In blender, I was editing my lightmap UVs by accident… Which explains why my actual UVs were not changing… Anyway I’m so happy now that it works as expected.
