I have had crashes in my latest project. RC comes to about 30% of part processing in high detail reconstruction, crashes somewhere about part 145/486 and when restarted it starts from the part 20 or 30/486…
Why does it not start from part it crashed at?!
After the 3rd crash I had a look in rc_ch folder (disk) it was 80%fragmented… I paused RC, de-fragmented the drive and continued my 4th reconstruction…
Guess what… marker 30%…Passed!
Marker part 145 Passed!
Reconstruction continues…

Could you please tell me more about your project?
What kind of data are you using and how many inputs do you have?
Did you receive any message when RC crashed?
I have about 3700 images, 350 from drone 50mpx and the rest are from 30mpx camera.
There was a crash message every time but the last one when the computer froze without any message.
