RC launch crash - error 0xc000007b

Hi there,

After install of Windows 10 Pro N, I got 2 missing dll at launch of RC : MFReadWrite.dll and MFPlat.dll.

Updated .NET, DirectX11, C++ redistribuable and Media Feature Pack to latest versions, I now got a 0xc000007b error which I can’t get away from.
Neither the DEMO nor the Promo version work on this system install. Would ther be any incompatiblity Windows 10 Pro N ? Tried to re-install and reboot every time.

Any idea?

This might be because that windows version does not contain the media player or any of its files, codecs, etc.

You may have to install the media feature pack from M$.

Thanks for the download link, but it is unfortunately inapplicable to my configuration. I run Windows 10 Pro N.
The Media Feature Pack you indicated is for Windows 7.

Anyhow, I downloaded two version of Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 (compatible with Windows 10 Pro N), those version can be found here :

Unfortunately, none of both updates solve the crash at laucnh of RC BETA 1.0.

So, I wonder if you tested RC BETA 1.0 on Windows 10 Professional N.

After the installation, have you restarted the PC and checked whether there are no additional updates needed to be installed ?
