RC and User Profiles

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with an issue that’s just popped up.

We’ve been using RC for a few years now but everyone has been using it on a local profile on the various machines around the office. We’ve now moved to a domain and everyone is now logging in to their domain accounts and profiles as opposed to the old local profiles and RC is reporting that it’s not activated. Is there a way to get around that using something like roaming profiles?

Also, let’s say User Bob is using Machine A. He logs in and RC says it’s not activated. IT saves the unlock and does an offline activation, and now User Bob is able to use RC on Machine A. However, if he moves over to Machine B and logs in, RC on that machine shows as not activated. That means if User Sue is away on holiday then User Bob can’t use her machine unless we go through the whole tedious offline activation process again.

Please advise! All our machines use the CLI licenses.
