Random light flashes in my scene. Lumen issue?

Hello,
I’m experiencing random light flashes in my scene, and I have no idea what’s causing this. I’m using the Ultra Dynamic Sky plugin, and the sun is the only light source in the scene.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Yes its 100% a lumen error, For me when it happened I just switched lumen on and off and it fixed it.

When I upgraded from 5.1 to 5.3 this issue was gone.

But each error is unique so your mileage may vary.
