Quick scale question

Hi guys, just a quick question… say if I build something in 3D max when I imported to unreal and I realised it’s way too small, and I don’t want to rebuild entire thing in max,

  1. Can I just scale it up in unreal, will it affect anything in terms of light resolution, quality, textures etc?

or

  1. Can I scale it up in 3d max and reimport if 1. doesn’t work? Will this also affect light resolution, quality, textures etc?

Do I have to redo everything if 1 and 2 doesn’t work?
