Questions About Building Character Generator.

I’m trying to build a custom character generator, but I can’t figure out the best method to making skeletons and meshes that morph together.

For example have a model of a person that can change height, like from adult to child on a slider, how would I make the skeleton morph with the mesh?

If anyone could point me in the right direction, any tutorials or references on this method I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Well I can tell you how I would consider doing it, Setting up a 1 to 1 relationship between bone scale and morph target can be tricky manually but you can use a Curve to help you fine tune the relation between the bone scale and morph target. This can also be applicable for Bone Translation and Rotation as well.

I would also create a special component to set the values of the mesh just to make it easier to manage. Then you can Call GetCurveValuein your Blueprint to get the value of the morph target at the specified Slider Value
