A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums < As seen here, when he discusses the new landscape mode tool , and going into ‘levels’, there are three distinct levels starter, minimum and Example, all under Persistence Level.
I had to remove some of mine as for some weird reason my map became unusable. Even though just one terrain and lighting and 3rd person char. were showing, when I pressed play, a ton of stuff came in including a small 4 walled house with spheres , chairs and table. No idea where it all came from, getting used to this editor, so maybe I did something I was unaware of and caused problems.
When I got things back to normal, I just had my terrain, character and lighting as before, and in levels tool, it just showed: Persistence level with one sub level underneath of example_map, my terrain and the lightmap. Is this okay ?
It all seems to work fine, I just wanted to make sure it was going to be fine, and not cause trouble with landscape mode.
thx
