Question about view of lake disappearing in the horizon

Hi there, as a new person playing around in UE4 I am creating a simple landscape of a lake property where I grew up. I imported the gis map for the landscape and purchased a water from the marketplace (I do not code C+ and very basic blueprint experience). I am not sure what is causing my view to fade like this. I know it is something I changed because the lake was clearly visible beyond the horizon before. Now it looks like the edges have been erased. I keep playing with translucency, refraction, draw distance - obviously I am barking up the wrong tree. I realize the scene is super basic right now but I am still learning!

Can anybody provide me with some guidance or direction to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance!

It is a material parameter, for sure. But I don’t have the product.

Thanks ClockworkOcean, that it was. I had been playing with the distant fade settings but not enough to get the new dimensions right. I had to change it by 6000 and kept missing it thinking it wasn’t the right thing. Such a big lesson! Only make one change at a time… Thanks for taking the time to reply
