Quarterly Payments for PlayStation Sales

Hi,
My game is going to launch on PS4 only at this point. Sony is broken up into different regions for payment. Asia and Europe pay on a monthly schedule, 30 days after the end of a month.
America only pays quarter and 45 days after the quarter end.

For royalty payments to Epic, I’m worried that I won’t have the Ameria income until after Epic’s due date for royalty payments.

So my question is, are your quarterly payments expectations by actual product sale date? Or when I the publisher actually get paid?

You should report revenue for all statements you receive or have the ability to obtain (i.e. download from your distributor’s website or portal) by the end of each calendar quarter’s reporting period, for the given three months being reported. For example, for Q1 2017, you should report and pay on all statements you have received by May 15, 2017, that cover your sales activity from January 1, 2017 - March 31, 2017.
