Proper replication of Changed materials/mesh/blendspace help.

What is the correct way to replicate changes set at begin play or anywhere else to change a pawns materials/mesh/blendspace and replicate it properly down to all of the clients. I’ve been doing replication events for variables easily and they work fine, but i am stumped trying to replicate appearance changes properly to all clients. The changes only appears on the server/host, even with Multi/Client events.
