Project setup for both Oculus/GearVR

hello! We’re long time Unity devs that are about to start on our first Unreal project, for VR… I was wondering what the recommended project setup is for deploying to both high end PC and gear VR. All of the game logic will be done in blueprint and is identical between the builds, the only thing changing is the lighting, effects and mesh LODs. Is it best to create two separate projects each set up for the different deployments, then somehow share the blueprint logic between them? Or would be easier to keep everything in one project and modify settings/lighting based on the target platform?
