Procedural Generated Trees + Basebuilding

If I build my map with the Ecosystem Procedural Generation tool, but have basebuilding in my game,
what’s the best way to enable the trees to have collision and be able to be cut down and even climb some of them, BUT can’t be built on top of?

So that’s something that is only done manually and individually?

With the procedural system there are MANY MANY trees…

you can create them for each instance in an automated way easily
