Problems with Overlap with Procedural Generation

I watched a video by Pub Games (UE4 - Procedural Level Generation - YouTube), and it helped me out with making my procedurally generated map. I have added walls with a little bit of tinkering and so far it looks great! My only problem is that I want to add 4 by 4 “pods” (which is what I call the individual rooms generated), and the only problem I have with these specific pods is that they generate, but they are then overlapped by the smaller pods, which would then make the 4x4 pod a 1x1 pod. I will provide pictures below if the explanation was a little off.
