Problems viewing PlayerController

I am new to UE4 and am seeking some help. Ive been trying to find a solution for about 2 days now and havnt found one. I may not be asking the correct questions but i would like some help. When i edit my playercontroller file it brings up this screen and not the screen with options to edit things.

This also happens why i try to open FirstPersonGameMode

Hmm. What version of the engine are you using? You might have messed up with the layout. Go to window tab → at the bottom there would be a reset layout button. Restart and see if the layout is fixed.

If not than maybe you might have messed up installation (Just a guess, not sure about this)
