Problem with the Pivot widget (always global)

You know how when you click on an actor in the editor, that pivot widget pops up that shows the x,y and z arrows so you can see the orientation of the actor? Well for some reason no matter what I click on, it is always pointing along the global axis . I can’t just click on something to see what direction it’s facing anymore. How do I fix that?

On the top bar, in the same row as the stuff where you can setup rotation, grid snap etc. Should be a box or globus icon, click that and pivot should change. Hope you didnt do that already, thats the only way i know to change it
