Problem with inputs on clients after packing

after I packed my project (client and server) and joined the server with a client the inputs are always zero.

thats what ive tested:

if I start the map direct on the client (singleplayer) the input works
if I join a dedicated server it dont works on the clients
if I run a listen server inputs works for the server but not for the client

I also checked the Input.inis and it looks ok on client and server
Im also sure that the controller is possessed correctly and that its not a replication problem.

The engine version is 4.7 (its works back in 4.5) but I think its more likely that i missed something
any idea ?

Edit: I have no idea why but today it just works :confused:
