Problem with animating a character

Hi, first post here.
I am having some troubles with the animation of my character. I have imported a character from blender to UE. I have retargeted all bones and they seem to work well when I play with and rotate them. I am using a UE4_Mannequin_Skeleton from the sidescroller blueprint and also the animations from it.

The problem is that when I play the animation my character head is displaying someplace else and is the only thing that is animating. Rest of the bones are still and are not moving. Below are some screens from this. If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
