Problem in the lights, blotchy

I’m starting now in Unreal and I have a problem on the scene lighting.

This scene was exported in .FBX of 3dsmax 2015. And I used the white stuff’s own Unreal.

Look at the corners of the walls close to the ceiling and floor are in leaking light, blotchy.

What’s wrong? Lights? Geometry?

thanks

Make sure that walls have thickness, and that surfaces don’t extend beyond the point they should be—like the ceiling should not cover areas outside of the room. Things can bleed to the inside if it doesn’t line up.

Also search for “light bleeding”, sometimes when you have wrong lightmap uvs you get this bleeding thing. There are multiple topics about it and some tutorials.

Hello. Thanks for help.

The problem was lightmap. I´m fix it.
