From your screenshots, I don’t see the red bar that usually shows the end time.
Also, the area between the green start bar to the red end bar is usually a light grey, which I’m not seeing in your screenshots either.
This tells me the range is not set properly.
In sequencer, click the little gear with play button icon (Playback options), then verify you have the start and end times entered correctly.
