Problem: "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run this engine"

Hello friends,

Since the update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 I constantly get this message “DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run this engine” whenever I want to start Unreal Engine 4.14.3 eventhough DX12 is installed. I tried to reinstall and also to update all drivers but still getting this message.

Can someone help me or had the same problem? I attached my system info.

What GPU are you using? The issue is it thinks the graphics card does not support the correct version of DirectX

Hi I also have the same error message, I am on Dx11, you have a solution to launch it even?
