Problem About LoadObject in 4.3 version

We came into an issue when loading UTexture2D using LoadObject, we use like this:
LoadObject<UObject>( NULL, *InTextureName.ToString() );
It worked well in 4.2, but it returns Null after we updated to version 4.3; This happens when we load a Utexture2D once agian after its cleaned by gc.
