Possible to ragdoll certain parts of a character?

Like the title says. I wonder if there´s a way to simulate ragdoll on specific bones of a character.

For example to have the torso and the legs be animated as usual but have the arms dangle with ragdoll physics.

This would be useful for me.

Via blueprint by either applying a profile or simulate all bodies below.
