Possible to link PDF from PC to in game screen

Hey,

Is it possible to grant access from my game to a pdf stored on my pc. For example, let’s say I had a book on my PC in PDF format, I would like to turn on a tv in my game and the pages from that pdf would be displayed in my game? If so, how would I be able to go about doing this? Maybe using Coherent UI?

I think it’d be easier to convert the pdf into a series of images, or some movie format as like a slide show. I don’t really feel like the pdf format works well for that idea - but then again Iam pretty new too.
