Possible to exclude lights illuminating geometry?

Is it possible to exclude a specific light source illuminating a specific mesh?
If so, how to do that?

static meshes and lights have Lighting Channels. you can put the Mesh into a different Lighting Channel

cool… thanks a lot. This is great… and is it also possible to select a light, and only effect the specular pass, or the reflection pass, or the difuse element?
