I’m trying to create a pool game. I’m new to this and am stuck on how to create the balls. I’ve created a bluepring with a spherical mesh. I’ve also created a material with a parameterised vector so I can create instances for each different color. However, I’m a bit lost when it comes to rendering a white circle with a number inside onto the surface of each of the balls. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Should I be using textures, decals… If somebody knows of a tutorial or can help in anyway that would be great.
I would have thought textures was the most direct method.
