Please Help, with unreal massive shadow

Hello,
I was hoping someone could tell me what this huge shadow is and why when I test it messes with the material and says preview?. I’m trying to create a shot where the camera zooms down to the planets surface from space, so I’m working in fairly large scale, I’m thinking maybe that has something to do with it?

I’m not sure if you are having the same issue, but I remember something almost exactly like this happening with landscapes. I believe the solution was go to to the landscape and check “2-sided” or some similarly named option in the details panel.

This might be a long shot, but perhaps there is something in your project that should also be changed to 2-sided.

I would check and make sure you didn’t accidentally create a sphere and mark it as hidden but it’s still casting a shadow between the landscape and the light.
