As title says, after fast scrolling/zooming inputs becomes invisible (greyed out to be exact) in 2D view. Very annoying.

Can you send us a video of this behavior? I tried to reproduce it, but wasn’t successful. Is this happening just for laser scans or also images?
I have latest version (it was present on older versions too). Same thing happens on multiple PCs.
Hi, the dots over the image means, that it is still loading. Are the images saved on local disc? How big are those images?
I know what it means :), but it’s stuck like that (loading, and loading, and loading,…)
Photos are on local nvme drive… 24Mpx (circa 15-20mb each). When it’s stuck, it also can’t load scans or orthoprojection in 2D view…
Can you try Make it like a clean install (hold CTRL + Shift and run RC, then choose Make it like a clean install) and then open the project again, if it will still occur?
Tried, no help. Can you reproduce this problem? You need to really fast scroll/zoom between inputs to occur.
Hi I noticed this behavior when I had quite big images. But not on normal size images. Can you send me a video of this behavior?
From the end of video you can scroll between images, scans, ortoprojections, but 2D view is blank/grayed…

Do you have more GPUs in your machine? Is it possible to switch it?
I have same problem with my i9 workstation (gtx 1080), as well with my mobile workstation (rtx 2060). In preffered gpu I’ve selected nvidia GPU.
If select another image, it is still there? Or the selected second image will remain grey?
Grey. Only fix is restart rc or start new command (eg. Alignment). After that, it’s visible again.
I created a bug regarding this issue. Our developers will look at it. Sorry for the inconveniences.
