Physics and cloth simulation glitching during sequence shot transitions

This may be odd because it is through the translator.

A character with rigid body physics and closure is bouncing when the shot in the sequence switches.
It happens regardless of how much the actor is moving, but always comes out when the shot switches.

I’ve done a lot of googling and trying different things, but nothing has worked.
Since the character has a customization system, I don’t think I can use rendering related features.
